Shipping policy

Free shipping only for United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, French, Italy, Spain, Poland.

We mainly use Amazon Logistics for shipping, please pay attention to the parcel with Amazon logo at your doorstep.

Delivery time of parcel:

North America: About 5-8 Days.

Europe & UK: About 6-10 Days.

Note: After your product is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email. Please use the tracking number to check the logistics status and ensure timely receipt of the package to prevent it from being lost or stolen.

Track Your Order:

1. Login to your Parsonver account.
2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!
4. Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.
